We guarantee that our products will be to your satisfaction when it arrives to you or we will gladly return the product for exchange or refund of the purchase price.
We strive to offer the best possible service and products. In the unfortunate event that you have to return merchandise to us, the criteria are as follows:
*ALL RETURNS MUST BE WITHIN 30 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF THE MERCHANDISE.
*We will accept returns for most stocking parts. Return parts must be new, unused, and in its original packaging. All returns for refund or credit are subject to a 25% restocking fee if items do not meet the return criteria or if the error is not ours. We will reimburse reasonable ground shipping costs when the error is ours. We will not reimburse expedite shipping costs.
*Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any of the following:
- Items more than 30 days from the date of sale
- Electrical parts (industry standard policy)
- Special order items or engines
- Items not in its original condition (showing indications of being installed or used)
- Damaged items
- Kits that have been opened (carburetor repair kits, gasket kits, starter repair kits, etc.)
