How Much is Shipping?

After selecting your items, click on the "Add to Cart" button, click the "Checkout" button, select your payment method, enter in your shipping address, and click on "Continue". The shipping charges will be displayed and you will have the option to complete the order by entering in your information.

Our Shopping Cart System

The shopping cart holds all items ordered on our web site. The shopping cart will keep track of all items as you shop until you are ready to check out. Just click 'Add To Cart' after selecting an item. This will take you to the shopping cart screen where you can enter in your quantity. You can then decide whether to continue shopping, checkout, or remove the item. Our shopping cart uses secure socket layering (SSL) for a safe shopping experience.

If payment is made with a personal check, your order will not ship until the check clears (5-10 business days after receipt).

Shipping Cut-Off

Most parts are in stock (in-house or factory) and will ship within 3 business days.
Emergency orders submitted by 2:00 PM (MTN) will ship the same day.
Emergency orders submitted after 2:00 PM (MTN), on weekends, or on Holidays will ship on the following business day.

Delivery Times

USA Delivery Times (approximate): UPS and USPS is 5-10 business days; Parcel Post is 6-14 business days.
Canada Delivery Times (approximate): UPS and USPS is 6-10 business days; First Class is 14-21 business days.
All other countries (approximate): 10-15 business days.
Military (approximate): UPS and USPS is 7-15 days; Parcel Post is 24 days

Back Orders

Most parts are in stock (in-house or factory) and will ship within 3 business days. Most non-stock items will be available to ship within 5 business days. We will notify you of any delays that will extend beyond normal delivery times.

International Orders

We will not ship international over-sized packages (i.e. mower bag frames). If you have placed an order for a mower bag frame, your order will be cancelled and a refund will be issued.

You are responsible for any duties & taxes imposed by your country.

Customs fees are common in most countries. We have no control over them and cannot determine what they are. Customs policies and fees vary from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

Canada Delivery Times (approximate): UPS and USPS is 6-10 business days; First Class is 14-21 business days.

All other countries (approximate): 10-15 business days.

Customs can hold shipments for inspection, causing delays. We have no control over this or any delays as a result.

Please do not refuse delivery for any orders you have placed. If you do, you will be held liable for the full costs of shipping to your location and the return postage.
